📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain credit accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquencies.
• Conduct credit assessments and approvals using Salesforce and SAP.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to the management.
• Collaborate with the collections team to resolve any payment issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the team's success by achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in using Salesforce and SAP for credit account management.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in Credit Management or Financial Services (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
