PT Hijau Melati is seeking a talented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations,Preparing audit reports and recommendations to management based on findings,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control systems and compliance requirements,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the integrity of financial and operational processes,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal control systems,Identifying and mitigating risks to the company's operations and financial health,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all audit activities and findings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accuracy
