📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote work setting.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
