In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes to ensure high-quality production and continuous improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and optimize SMT processes to ensure high-quality production and continuous improvement.,Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.,Conduct process audits and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SMT processes.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMT process engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of SMT equipment and processes, including AOI, SPI, and reflow soldering.,Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.,Proficient in using statistical process control (SPC) tools and techniques.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001.,Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
