PT SecureNet Indonesia is seeking a skilled and experienced SOC Manager to lead our cybersecurity operations. As a SOC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Security Operations Center, ensuring the protection of our organization's information assets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center, including monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SOC analysts, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively perform their roles.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure the protection of our organization's information assets.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and Legal, to ensure the effective implementation of cybersecurity measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats, and implement appropriate countermeasures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of cybersecurity operations and any potential risks.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team of SOC analysts.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
