Sun Bold Unggul is seeking a dedicated Assistant Banquet Staff to join our team. We are a growing company in the hospitality industry, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the banquet manager in planning and executing events, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
  • Ensure the banquet area is clean, organized, and ready for events
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down event decorations and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure smooth event operations
  • Assist in training and supporting junior staff members

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or banquet setting is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with event planning software is a plus
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
