Leading and managing a team of employees,Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively,Monitoring and evaluating employee performance,Developing and implementing training programs for employees,Maintaining a positive and productive work environment,Assisting in the development of company policies and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals,Representing the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience in managing a team and leading projects,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Knowledge of industry standards and best practices,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
