📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide level 1 technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and peripherals.
- Document and track IT incidents, ensuring efficient resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and security measures.
- Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in on-the-job training (OJT) to develop technical skills and knowledge.
- Support the IT department in managing and upgrading software licenses and applications.
- Assist in the procurement and deployment of new hardware and software as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows or Linux.
