📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable stay.
• Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, using our reservation system.
• Provide information about our services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and guest rooms.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Promote our special events, promotions, and packages to guests.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of reception area supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service and a welcoming atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a beach club or resort setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for Bali’s culture and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a relaxed yet professional setting.
