🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
