📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and onboarding new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information about company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
