📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality control.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of pastry ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute culinary strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume pastry kitchen.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
