📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facilities.
• Inspect and maintain property equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in regular equipment calibration and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of maintaining high-end properties and equipment.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid certification in facility maintenance or relevant industry certifications.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
