📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily vessel operations, including scheduling, crew management, and cargo handling.
• Optimize voyage profitability by analyzing operational costs and revenue streams.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular vessel inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline cargo handling processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Participate in emergency response planning and execution to ensure vessel safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in vessel operations, crew management, and cargo handling.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in using maritime software and tools, such as Fleet Management Systems and Cargo Tracking Systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in the maritime industry.
• Valid Seafarer's Certification and STCW endorsement.
