📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop sales staff to achieve targets and improve performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the central office.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or e-commerce management.,Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
