RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated RTM Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our RTM (Resource Tracking and Management) system, ensuring efficient and accurate resource allocation and tracking.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and optimize the RTM system to ensure efficient resource allocation and tracking.

Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide training and support to users on the RTM system.

Develop and implement RTM policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective resource management.

Analyze and report on resource utilization and performance metrics.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in RTM.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in RTM or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of RTM systems and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with data management and analysis tools.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
