📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee shop and kitchen.,Assist in stocking and organizing inventory to ensure smooth operations.,Promote our products and services to customers and encourage repeat business.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to customers.,Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and a positive customer experience.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee and food preparation is a plus.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
