📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.,Manage and maintain our online presence, including our website and social media channels.,Create and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners.,Organize and execute marketing campaigns, including events and promotions.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
