📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and technical support,Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to potential clients,Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution,Identify and pursue new business opportunities,Monitor market trends and competitive landscape,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations,Provide training and support to new sales team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer support in the data centre or telecommunications industry,Strong understanding of data centre and telecommunications products and services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Problem-solving and analytical skills
