M Summit 191 Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction & Commercial Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the costing, budgeting, and financial aspects of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the costing, budgeting, and financial aspects of construction projects
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
  • Prepare and maintain cost estimates, schedules, and reports
  • Monitor and control project costs, and identify and implement cost-saving measures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
  • Provide technical advice and support to project teams
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress and costs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction costing, budgeting, and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools
  • Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or equivalent)
