In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment process and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
