📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and transactions.,Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting and depositing cash, and ensuring the safekeeping of cash and other valuables.,Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking products and ensuring product availability.,Promote the store's products and services to customers and provide product information as needed.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and basic English is a plus.,Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
