📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D models of Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems using BIM software like Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications, to support the construction process.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in BIM and MEP engineering.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Ensure all designs meet safety, efficiency, and sustainability criteria.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong background in BIM.
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Certification in BIM or related engineering disciplines is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
