We are expanding our team in Bali and seeking a dedicated Merchant Acquisition Specialist (EDC) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in helping us grow our merchant base by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new merchants for our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) services.

As a Merchant Acquisition Specialist (EDC) in Bali, you will be part of a vibrant and innovative team, working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure the success of our merchant acquisition initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with potential merchants.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential merchants for our EDC services, focusing on Bali's bustling retail and hospitality sectors.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our EDC solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize merchant agreements, ensuring compliance with our terms and conditions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchants, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the EDC and merchant services sector.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of acquisition strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or a related role in the financial services or retail sector.
• Strong understanding of EDC technology and its applications in the retail and hospitality industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
