📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily café operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked and organized.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain high standards of coffee preparation and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the central office to ensure consistent brand standards across all locations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or coffee shop setting.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
