📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring all equipment is in place and ready for use.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting attendees and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Operate ticketing systems, including scanning and validating tickets for entry.
• Support event staff with various tasks, such as managing merchandise, assisting with catering, or helping with crowd control.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless experience for all attendees.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following COVID-19 guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on event procedures and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all materials are properly stored and accounted for.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in event assistance, customer service, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).
• Experience with event ticketing systems, such as Eventbrite or Box Office, is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
