📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily and weekly menus in line with company standards and customer preferences.,Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items, ensuring high-quality standards and consistent taste.,Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food supplies as needed.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure the restaurant meets customer satisfaction and operational goals.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in cost control measures to ensure efficient use of food and other resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and ensuring high-quality food preparation.,Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Computer literacy, including the ability to use kitchen management software.
