📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR events and activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR-related role or internship.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
