📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of mass transit systems, ensuring efficient and safe transportation services.
• Manage and optimize the fleet of vehicles, including buses and other transit modes, to ensure timely and reliable service.
• Develop and implement scheduling strategies to enhance service quality and passenger satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition and undergo regular inspections.
• Monitor and analyze transit performance metrics, such as on-time performance, passenger load, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, private partners, and community groups, to develop and implement transit policies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety audits.
• Lead and mentor a team of transit operators and support staff to ensure high levels of service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mass transit operations management, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
• Certification in Mass Transit Operations or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using transit management software such as TransCAD, TransModeler, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of public transportation policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
