📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle cashier transactions using POS systems like Quick Service Point (QSP) or similar software.
- Assist customers with product selection and information.
- Manage inventory and restocking as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers.
- Assist in special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and inventory.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
- Familiarity with pet care products and services is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
