As a Part Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of part development, from initial design to final production. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to ensure that parts meet the highest quality standards and are produced efficiently. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per bulan, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate design tooling and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of part development, from initial design to final production.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that parts meet the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to resolve any issues that arise during the development process.
• Develop and implement best practices for part development and production.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our processes are always improving.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in part development and production.
• Proficient in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Familiarity with CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidCAM.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, casting, and welding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to support on-site production activities.
